MRVP Forms
Have you recently lost your job? Or have you had your hours reduced? Are you unable to pay your current tenant share? If so, you may be eligible for a change in the tenant share you pay your property owner. To get started, email the Leased Housing Gateway Team at gateway@metrohousingboston.org. Be sure to include the name of the head of household and current address. Please note: This process only applies to current voucher program participants with Metro Housing through Section 8, MRVP, or COC. Due to the COVID-19 health crisis and the stay at home advisory, we ask that you do not leave your home to attain documents. If you have access to documents without leaving your home, please email pictures of the documents using your smart phone, if possible. If you do not have access to the documents and need additional time, please let us know. Also, If you have a change of income, please email us the letter showing the last day of work.

Recertification Forms
Every household that receives housing assistance must undergo an annual regular recertification. Approximately 90 days before your regular recertification date, we will send you forms and schedule an appointment to verify your income and eligibility for the program. You must respond by the due dates stated in the letter and attend the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may lead to termination of your rental assistance.

Relocation Forms
If you have a mobile MRVP voucher, you may be able to relocate to a new apartment while keeping your housing subsidy. Please note: Before you can move to another unit and continue to receive your housing assistance, you must give proper notice to your landlord as is detailed in your current lease. Failure to do so may lead to termination of your rental assistance.

Change of Income or Household Composition Forms
Whenever your income changes or you have a change in family composition (persons moving in or out of your household) you are required to report the change to your MBHP program representative. MBHP will determine if and when a change in rent is required.
