Leased Housing Walk-in Hours for Voucher Holders

Effective April 1, HOUSING VOUCHER HOLDERS WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO WALK-IN FOR ASSISTANCE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.

This change is being made in order to better serve our voucher holders and property owners. Rather than walk-in and have potential waits of one, two, or more hours, you will now have a designated time to meet with a leased housing specialist for up to 30 minutes.  In some cases, your issue may be able to be resolved by phone before you need to visit our office.

Leased Housing Gateway appointments for voucher holders will be available during the hours of 9AM – Noon & 1PM – 3PM.  Appointments can be made no less than two days in advance. For example, if you access the form to make an appointment on a Tuesday, the earliest you can make an appointment would be on Thursday.

When you submit your request for an appointment, you will receive a confirmation text and email. Twenty-four hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a numeric code that you will need to have in order to sign in for your appointment.

The new policy only affects VOUCHER HOLDERS wishing to speak to a member of our Leased Housing Gateway team. Program participants that wish to meet with a member of our Housing Supports or Financial Assistance teams will still be able to do so. See HERE for walk-in and appointment information for HCEC.
