Metro Housing joins the affordable housing community in mourning the passing of Joe Corcoran, the founder of Corcoran Jennison companies and a pioneer in developing mixed-income housing. Joe was instrumental in helping Metro Housing move to its new headquarters in 2017. His generosity helped Metro Housing further its mission of providing a welcoming and comfortable place for families in need of assistance with housing stability.
Joe also founded the American City Coalition, a non-profit organization that plans and implements the revitalization of urban neighborhoods.
