MBHP seeks moving company and furniture vendors

Moving company and furniture vendors are invited to review and provide written response to the Requests for Proposal (RFPs) below.

Submission guidelines

Submit proposals via email to aaron.korn@mbhp.org. Deadline for proposals is May 26, 2015.  Notification of decision to vendors who have submitted RFP’s will be made by Monday, June 8, 2015.

Moving Company RFP

For Fiscal Year 2016 (July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016) the HomeBASE and RAFT programs will be using several approved moving companies in order to improve program administration, increase efficiency, and ensure responsible spending of state funds.

Furniture Vendor RFP

For Fiscal Year 2016 (July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016) the HomeBASE and RAFT programs will order furniture from one vendor to improve program administration and to increase overall program efficiency.
