Voucher Program Changes Training This training, held on April 30, is for owners, property managers, and elected officials in Greater Boston who want more information about changes taking place for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program that Metro Housing|Boston administers on behalf of the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities. Virtual Voucher Hearings and Appeals – Property Owner Education
This training, held on May 22, 2025, is an opportunity for owners and property managers to learn about and gain a better understanding of the Housing Voucher Appeal process for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) and the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program. Inspections Training Workshop
This training, held on July 9, 2025, discussed smoke detectors, water temperature regulations, and the process for unit terminations and reinstatements/renewals.
