Metro Housing Boston will offer a free workshop designed to help property owners in the Randolph area – including property managers and their staff – understand their rights and responsibilities around the Section 8 inspections and rent determination process from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, March 19, in the Shurtleff Room, third floor, at the Turner Free Library in Randolph.
Topics will include housing quality standards overview, tenant-caused violations, grading process, lead paint, common inspection fail items and rent determinations.
