Several Randolph local landlords, property owners and managers attended a free workshop offered by Metro Housing|Boston on March 19 at the Turner Free Library.
The workshop assisted attendees understand their rights and responsibilities around the Section 8 inspections and rent determination process.
Topics included Housing Quality Standards, tenant caused violations, lead paint, common inspection fail items and rent determinations.
Randolph attendees included Osaro Agbongiague, Deb Picarski, Kelsey Ross and Carolyn Simon.
