RAFT (Residential Assistance for Families in Transition), Emergency Rent and Mortgage Assistance (ERMA), and ERAP (Emergency Rental Assistance Program) are funded by public contracts and private grants and donations, and help low-income renters to achieve housing stability and better lives.
