De-escalation Training: In-Home Scenarios

Using the same principles of the in-office scenario training, this training applies those lessons to an in-home situation specifically for staff who work in participants’ homes. This training is specifically designed for inspectors and staff of Housing Supports, such as SIPS and ACO.
