Metro Housing Services During COVID-19

OPERATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

Metro Housing’s foyer is open between 8:30am and 5pm if you need to drop off materials for a staff person via an accessible drop box.

Many staff are working remotely and are responding to messages left for them. As the staff begins to transition back to being in the office, the process we have had in place for streamlining programmatic inquiries will continue. Please see program specific updates.

See the link below for more details about what to do if you cannot pay rent due to COVID-19.

The team at Metro Housing|Boston is pleased to be able to continue to provide services to those in need.  We know that even during a pandemic, homelessness and housing instability do not take a break.  We also realize that property owners have bills to pay and need to receive rent payments.  Lease ups and rental assistance payments will remain our priorities.

The majority of our staff members are working remotely, and they are ready to help you.  We are monitoring and responding to the email addresses below to ensure that your issues are addressed as quickly as possible.

If you have a rental voucher with Metro Housing, or are a property owner with a Metro Housing tenant, please call 617.425.6611 or email the Leased Housing Gateway

Gateway@MetroHousingBoston.org

If you need general housing advice, supportive services, or assistance through RAFT (for issues such as rent arrears or a utility shut off), please call 617.425.6700 or email the Housing Hub

ResourceLine@MetroHousingBoston.org
